Ben Austin, the founder of BAK9 Training, is a certified behaviorist and experienced dog trainer who began his career in 2012. He completed the Master Trainer Course at the National K-9 Learning Center in Ohio, earning certifications in advanced obedience, assistance dog training, scent detection, and more. Ben’s journey in dog training led him to establish his own company, BA Professional K9 Training, which has grown from a small operation into a full-scale training facility in South Beloit, Illinois. His methods focus on creating well-balanced, obedient dogs, while also teaching owners to better communicate with their pets. Ben has also completed Cesar Millan’s “Training Cesar’s Way” programs, further enhancing his expertise in dog psychology. Today, Ben continues to expand his knowledge while helping dogs and their owners achieve harmony through structured and effective training methods.
